BASEL*5STAR
THE PROJECT
Welcome Home to BASEL*5STAR Living, at Basel Square.
Private residences located on the same premises as a luxury hotel are sweeping the world of upscale real estate, offering owners the kind of lifestyle most people can only dream of. BASEL*5STAR residences will provide this exceptional standard of living.
13 meticulously designed homes in the peaceful heart of Tel Aviv’s Old North. Elevate your lifestyle with hotel services that go beyond. From dining to wellness, privacy, and security, BASEL*5STAR living is as much about your home as it is the extensions.
The first three floors above the retail ground floor will accommodate the latest in Isrotel’s exclusive luxury hotels.
The unit interiors are designed to feel like a villa rather than an apartment, emphasizing both the breadth and privacy of your own home. The interior designers focused on details such as fireplaces and libraries, with the premise that a home should feel like there’s a place that holds memories, that sustains life. The design brings back the leisure of luxurious living with unparalleled finishes and materials, and elements of privacy such as each floor having two separate elevators for discretion.
BASEL5STAR offers 4 bedrooms apartments with the size of +230 sqm and a balcony of +27 sqm
Occupancy Date: 31st Dec 2027
